Fabrication: Large diameter steel pipe, mitered elbows, tees, laterals and various manifolds. Hydrostatic pressure
tested . AWS qualified welders utilize MIG, TIG, SMAW, and FCAW. SAW
Processes. Qualified positions range from 1G to open root 6G.

Non-Destructive
Testing: CWAI performs Visual , Dye Penetrant and Hydrostatic testing
on site. Radiograph and Ultrasonic,
and CWI services are also available.

Coatings:
Fusion Bond Epoxy , Epoxy, Enamel, Urethane, Hot
Dipped Galvanized, Powder, Bituminous and others.

CAD Shop Drawings
are produced on site to insure accuracy and stream line fabrication process.
