 Rolled and Welded Pipe

• Pipe Industries Corporation manufactures steel pipe in diameters from 21” and larger in wall thickness ranging from .125”  to 1.25” on our three Plate Roll Machines.  The largest diameter pipe manufactured and shipped in complete cylinders is 186” OD with a .750” wall thickness.  Fabrication  in  lengths in the 50’ to 70’ range and load-out lengths exceeding 85 feet.

• 20’ lengths with no Mid Welds utilizing 20’ Plate Bending Roll.  Rolled Pipe Grades: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.  Hydrostatic Testing. 

20’ Plate Bending Roll

61.5” OD x .750” wall casing in 50’ random lengths for horizontal pipe ramming. The pipe has a cutting shoe on the leading edge and a reinforcement collar on the hammer end.

Rolling a plate on the 10’ machine.  The orders range from a small single rolled plate half shell to thousands of feet of pipe.

Used and Surplus Pipe

•  Pipe Industries Corporation stocks used and surplus pipe and cut or fabricates it to specific lengths to meet our customer's requirements.  We are always interested in making an offer on your used or surplus pipe.
